What are the signs of pelvic floor dysfunction?
  • Urinary issues (leaking, constant urge to go, incomplete emptying, excessive nighttime urination) 
  • Bowel issues (constipation, diarrhea, incontinence)

  • Heaviness in the pelvic region/lower abdomen/lower back
  • Chronic pain, pressure, or muscle spasms in the pelvic region (genitals, perineum, rectum,buttocks, groin) 
  • Painful intercourse, decreased arousal, infrequent orgasm
  • Pain of the coccyx (tailbone) 
  • Painful or premature ejaculation 
  • Prolapse (rectum, bladder, uterus)
  • Erectile dysfunction

Below are some risk factors for pelvic floor dysfunction to consider when deciding if these programs are right for you:

  • Prostate cancer and/or Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
  • Excessive heavy lifting (weight lifting, job duties, etc)
  • Hysterectomy
  • Anal intercourse

The sculp'd pelvic floor program - 3 Options to choose from

Our sculp’d Pelvic Floor Programming offers 3 different options for you to that are customized, effective and will deliver the results you need. The first step to figuring out which program is best for you is to meet with our specialist to fully understand your desired outcome and how to best get there.

Our sculp’d program is run by a board certified family nurse practitioner specializing in the human pelvic floor. This program includes:

  • One on one sessions with our clinician. After your initial meting, you can jointly determine how many sessions are needed.
  • Client history and physical exam (if warranted) by our FNP-BC
  • Suggested lifestyle modifications
  • Pelvic floor and core exercises (taught and guided by our FNP-BC)
  • Overview & insight into our pelvic floor strengthening and toning (Emsella) 
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Cost is $150/hour

Enrollment in our 6 week pelvic floor series on our proprietary reformer machines.

During the workouts, you will be guided through exercises, breath work, postural and engagement work. This is also designed and perfect for perinatal women during this unique and special time that will help strengthen the pelvic floor, core, and muscles that can be taxed during this period. Our goal, in addition to strengthening the body, is to provide community and support during this awesome, and sometimes challenging, time. 


  • Course is 6 weeks in duration, with 60 minute meetings twice per week. The 60 minutes include 45 minutes of exercise, including cool down and stretch, and 15 minutes of breath, postural, pelvic floor, and core work. 
  • All meetings will be led by instructor Erin Sengel, FNP-BC

This provides you with access to our Emsella machine. The protocol for stress or urge incontinence is a total of 6 sessions, spread out over 3 weeks, resulting in the re-education of the patients muscles.

Please note, this includes either the 6 week course OR 3 hours with our pelvic floor specialist.
