  • 1-month access to the interactive meal planner

  • 3 red light therapy session

  • 1 compression therapy session

Our 12 week Program

This program is ideal for those who are serious about a lifestyle change, continued weight loss, and disease prevention, and healthier aging. This program includes:

  • Includes 6 sessions with Erin
