Combining circuits of mat-based Pilates exercises, TRX suspension training, and bodyweight plyometrics, this class takes pilates to the next level. Expect to sweat, sculpt, and find your fire!
Take our signature Total Body workout, add a Jumpboard, and you get our cardio-amped Jumpboard class to truly sculp’d your body. This all-over workout pushes your glutes, quads, and abs into overtime.
Revv up your heart rate with high intensity interval training (HIIT) and build long, lean muscle with slow, controlled strength movements. Alternate between our signature Total Body workout on the sculp’dformer and bodyweight or weight training HIIT moves on the floor.
Through a variety of active yoga postures, Stretch and Restore allows clients to give back to their body and mind. Participants will improve balance, stamina, and flexibility, while achieving sustainable results. Allow yourself these 50 minutes to reset and rejuvenate.
