After a serious ankle injury, sculp’d helped me rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence. I’m now passionate about helping others do the same! With experience exploring a wide range of fitness methods, from strength training and HIIT to boxing, barre, and beyond, I bring a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to movement. My classes are form-focused, spicy, and designed to meet you where you are physically. My classes may feature mid-2000s throwbacks, Avicii, and even some Arabic and Latin beats. Whether you’re new or experienced, I’m here to build you up and help you feel strong and confident!
