I’ve been coaching for about two and a half years, but my journey in fitness started over a decade ago. From strength training to yoga to functional movement, I’ve spent years exploring different disciplines and learning how the body moves best. Before I ever stepped into a coaching role, I was training on my own, studying form, and developing a deep understanding of what it takes to build a strong, resilient body. Today, I specialize in low-intensity high-interval training and love creating classes that are challenging, intentional, and fun. Helping people feel powerful in their own bodies is what drives me, and I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and sweating alongside you.
