Since we use the InBody scan in Alexandria to track your changes in real time, we recommend coming in for regular scans. Many of our fitness plans consist of at least 3 body composition scans.
We schedule a body scan:
- At your intake appointment
- At the end of treatment
- At the 3-month mark for a follow-up
Many of our clients receive scans every 4 to 6 weeks by following this timeline. If you are in a rigorous training or weight loss phase, we can provide scans more frequently, such as every 2 to 3 weeks.
Having your scans spaced apart makes for more accurate results. Daily and minor fluctuations in weight changes, hydration levels, and more can affect the long-term accuracy of the readings.
That’s why we set up scheduled scans to provide the most consistent and accurate data points.
