At Sculp’d, we offer our patented Total Body line of courses. There are 4 different class types in total, each with their different challenge levels.
- Total Body Reformer – Our bread and butter. This class is the perfect balance of strength and flexibility training through resistance and lengthening workouts. Let the rhythm move you as we pump up the jams, creating a high-energy, high-fun environment.
- Basic – Never been to a pilates class before or just want to get a feel for our vibe? No worries! This beginner-level course is longer than the average class to give you enough time to really get to know the Sculp’d experience. We walk you through how to use our reformer machine so you can prepare for our regular courses.
- Advanced – Ready to up your game? The Advanced course includes heavier springs in your reformer, putting more strain on your legs. Since this class really makes you feel the burn, we recommend taking at least 10 of our regular courses before you start this one.
- Express – On the go? We can help you get that pilates pump into your busy schedule with a 40-minute version of the signature class. Your muscles get the same amount of work, but we shorten our warm-ups, cool-downs, and transitions. Hop in and get ready to sweat!
- Jumpboard – Incorporating a jumpboard into our signature pilates reformer class creates a low-impact, cardio-boosting workout. This class helps you build strength and improve coordination. Sessions dynamically increase heart rate, challenge the body, and deliver Sculp’d results.
For all our classes, your instructor takes the time to model a modified version of each move for those who need a lower-intensity workout. This makes our courses even more inclusive—even clients who are currently pregnant can join in on the fun! Afterwards, take a trip to our med spa in Alexandria to cool off and get your glow on.
