With my diverse background in wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and kickboxing, I’ve always loved testing my strength and pushing my limits while challenging others to do the same. My coaching style is high-energy and built to help you discover your strength with each session while also being supportive and fun. I will always encourage you to go further than you thought you could — it’s all about progress, not perfection. My playlists are like a party around the world with an interesting mix of hip hop/pop hits, Brazilian funk, Latin pop, and the occasional Jersey remix to keep the vibe strong!
