Step 2: Treatment

During each 28-minute session you sit comfortably on the Emsella chair while it generates thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions. Each session is equivalent to doing 11,400 pelvic floor exercises but without the hard work!

Step 3: Results

Optimal results reached at the 3 months post treatment. Most people experience the benefits for up to 1 year. Quarterly maintenance may be recommended to maintain results.

Drinking plenty of water the day of your appointment.
Avoiding drinking alcohol for at least 48 hours.
