Signature Total Body
Our ultimate Pilates group class for any fitness level. Signature Total Body works your whole body, from your arms to your legs to your core.
During the 50-minute workout, we cycle through movements that target individual muscles until fatigue. Simultaneously, we challenge your core for better balance. With slow, controlled movements, you can develop stronger, leaner muscles and a core of steel.

Total Body Express
Total Body Express accomplishes our Signature Total Body class in less time. Perfect for our busy bee clients! Instead of the typical 50 minutes of a total body class, the Express version gets ‘er done in 40.
During Total Body Express, we include 2 to 3 fewer movements than our Signature Total Body class and transition faster between moves for an up-tempo workout. If you are on a tight schedule but still want a high-intensity workout that leaves you feeling strong and empowered, Express has you covered.
Jumpboard
Our Jumpboard class adds a vertical platform to our signature reformer machine in our Signature Total Body class. Ideal for any fitness level, the Jumpboard allows for low-impact jumps using spring resistance. The Jumpboard provides an extra level of cardio to the workout and enhances coordination and balance.
Advanc’d
The Total Body Advanc’d class is our signature Total Body format turned all the way up. We build on your expert knowledge of the sculp’d method to challenge you with different spring tensions, decreased stability, and a variety of combination movements.
The Advanc’d class is strongly discouraged for prenatal clients, those recovering from injury, or first-time clients.
Regardless of fitness experience, we recommend the Advanc’d class for clients who have already taken 10+ Total Body classes (Signature, Express, Jumpboard, or Basic). You should also have a deep understanding of all of our signature Total Body movements.

Total Body Basics
Total Body Basics is our perfect class for beginners—whether you’re new to working out, new to Pilates, or new to us!
During this 50-minute workout class, we provide an orientation to our signature reformer machine and help you get acclimated to each exercise. Then, we lead the class through movements that warm up the muscles and target your upper body, core, and lower body.
But Total Body Basics is not just for beginners. More advanced clients can get a great slow burn and refine their basic movements for improved performance back in the more advanced classes.
